Shipping & Returns


John Masters Organics can ship to virtually any address in Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are fulfilled and shipped out on the next business day. 
You may choose the default ground expedited service via Canada Post Expedited, or the express service via Canada Post EXPRESS.  A standard flat rate fee of $12 will be applied to orders with a subtotal of $90 or less. 

Shipping is free for orders over $90 and transit time anywhere in the country is typically between 1 to 5 business days via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and between 1 to 2 business days via Canada Post EXPRESS.  You may also choose to upgrade the shipping service to express for a $22 flat rate fee.  Occasionally Purolator Overnight EXPRESS service is used depending on certain circumstances at no extra shipping cost to you. You will be notified of this change in shipping service. 


 Returns Policy

        You may return any unopened, unused item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your product was damaged during transit or is            found to be defective, you may qualify for a full refund for the item. Please note reimbursement is offered rather than replacement. 

        We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  So if you have received an incorrect item, the return shipping              costs will be covered by John Masters Organics in this specific circumstance. 

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of your return. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process your refund request (1 to 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Please call customer service before returning any item, toll free 1.866.933.1744 or email

We do offer a full direct refund for undesired items for whatever the reason. Though in this case the customer must pay for the return shipping cost involved. Once we receive the unwanted item(s), we will issue a full direct refund back onto the credit card and or Paypal account (depending on the method of payment). In certain circumstances, a store credit voucher may be given for the return shipping costs. 

Please note when refunds are issued for undesired item(s), the original shipping charges for the item(s) are not taken into account. Refunds are only issued for the item itself as well as the tax paid for it.
