• $500 minimum opening order

• No on-going minimums to orders

• Opening orders of $750 or more receive a 15% discount

• Testers are available for 50% off wholesale prices

• Shipping charges are based on weight with no handling fees

• We do not drop ship

• Your resale certificate and first order must be faxed to 212.343.9598

To Open an Account

• Fill out the Resale Certificate or fax a copy of your Federal Tax ID or State Registration

• Fill out the Wholesale Order Form (PDF & Excel versions available)

• Indicate method of payment on your order: Credit Card or COD

• If credit card, please provide all Credit Card info on the order including Acct. Number, Exp. Date and Security Code

• Fax your Order and Resale Certificate to 212.343.9598 or email to info@johnmasters.com

• Net 30 Terms are possible. Please request a Credit Application from info@johnmasters.com
